Years ago if you had asked me to try sushi I would have said no way. But there comes a time ones life when change is wanted or needed and then it is sought after. For whatever reasons one has for change, I believe expanding ones self is a good thing to do. I have tried sushi and I must say it was not the most pleasant experience at first. But I love fish ... and it took me a while to develop the acquired pallet for sushi. Now I really enjoy sushi .... and Japanese cuisine in general
